2.面試自我介紹的內(nèi)容，包括本人姓名、供職的單位及部門、擔負的職務或從事的具體工作等三項，又叫工作式自我介紹內(nèi)容的三要素，通常缺一不可。

①姓名。應當一口報出，不可有姓無名，或有名無姓。

②單位。單位及部門，如可能最好全部報出，具體工作部門有時可以暫不報出。

③職務。擔負的職務或從事的具體工作，有職務最好報出職務，職務較低或者無職務，則可報出目前所從事的具體工作。

舉個例子，可以說：“我叫唐果，是大秦廣告公司的公關部經(jīng)理。”

3、面試自我介紹應大體包括本人的姓名、工作、籍貫、學歷、興趣以及與交往對象的某些熟人的關系等。如：“我的名字叫王光，是里潤公司副總裁。10年前，我和您先生是大學同學。”

掌握面試自我介紹的分寸想要自我介紹恰到好處、不失分寸，就必須高度重視下述幾個方面的問題：

(1)控制時間

①進行自我介紹一定要力求簡潔，盡可能地節(jié)省時間。通常以半分鐘左右為佳，如無特殊情況最好不要長于1分鐘。為了提高效率，在作自我介紹的同時，可利用名片、介紹信等資料加以輔助。

②自我介紹應在適當?shù)臅r間進行。進行自我介紹，最好選擇在對方有興趣、有空閑、情緒好、干擾少、有要求之時。如果對方興趣不高、工作很忙、干擾較大、心情不好、沒有要求、休息用餐或正忙于其他交際之時，則不太適合進行自我介紹，

(2)講究態(tài)度

①態(tài)度要保持自然、友善、親切、隨和，整體上講求落落大方，笑容可掬。

②充滿信心和勇氣。忌諱妄自菲薄、心懷怯藐。要敢于正視對方的雙眼，顯得胸有成竹，從容不迫。
